I don’t know what that looks like. Coyote DTC includes grommets for the flat oval drop cable, but there are optional grommets for round cable, but being intended for service drop cable it has a pretty small maximum diameter.

What kind of fiber and splice? Doesn’t sound like you actually need a true splice case, just something to protect it. Anything will work. There are some small puck type splice cases that are nice. Not sure where we get them. Could use just a splice tray. Perhaps something like this:
