I don’t know what that looks like. Coyote DTC includes grommets for the flat oval drop cable, but there are optional grommets for round cable, but being intended for service drop cable it has a pretty small maximum diameter.

I forgot to ask if this was indoors. Every link you’ve seen so far is an outdoor case. They will work indoors just the same, and the DTC I believe has a couple of mounting holes to screw it to a wall. DTC also has a snap on lid which you could pry off while reaching through the ladder. For

What kind of fiber and splice? Doesn’t sound like you actually need a true splice case, just something to protect it. Anything will work. There are some small puck type splice cases that are nice. Not sure where we get them. Could use just a splice tray. Perhaps something like this:
