Thanks everyone. Not sure what is to blame here. It appears Godaddy is the problem at times. Working better now. But all of you had a much different tracert than I did. I had a multple second delay between cogents last node and godaddy. From: Forrest Christian (List Account) Sent:

I noticed a pause of several seconds when I first tried to open the site. Just a blank white browser tab. Once the page actually started loading it came right up. I've done shift+refresh several times since and it's just opening up immediately. On a shift+refresh there's a noticeable delay
