The Base 3 gets calibrated before it leaves the shop. The base 2 isn't calibrated at all and relies on the precision of the components in it. If this is a Base 3, it might need a recalibration, but we don't currently have a way to do this in the field. Shoot us an email to

I monitor battery voltage on the 2nd power port of Site Monitors when power goes down, I can then take a look at the voltage and determine whether I need to lug out the genny or not. But, one particular site monitor reads 24.5 but my multi meter measures 25.1 at the same terminals. So far I don't
