Veeam backup and replication is nice, we use it on all our virtual
infrastructure customers but it is not limited to virtual. It will do all
you ask and more, there is a free version, but I doubt it supports that.
Veeam one is great for reporting on everything

supports. Some will sync to cloud providers. Some will sync to another NAS.
One point which should be considered is how any solution will handle data
corruption. Live sync is good for hardware failures. Not so good for
