I am not familiar with the SNOM SIP paging amp, but have used one from
Cyberdata that has a line input for “background music”. It will then break
into the music for paging. Would that accomplish what you want?

14AWG wire, is it in conduit, or something like SJ cord?
That’s a lot of power and a long cable. I’m going to assume you have some sort
of AC UPS or generator at the bottom, and are not feeding 48V from a DC
Most manufacturers don't care what kind of SFP is in them. Plug away.
