I have found a single source for all three and appear to be in good shape for
getting them tomorrow. If anything changes, I will let you know.

I'd be going back to Cambium on those. If your issue is actually due to
cold weather then there is a defect in the manufacturing process that needs
to get resolved.
When it warms up did they continue to boot?
