Everybody has their own numbering system. One company I worked for had things like 3E4SW2N so that would be starting from the C.O. 3peds East, 4 southwest, 2 north. One just ran sequential numbers. Different engineering companies have their own numbering standards if the customer does not

We have Comcast in our area. We don't really try to compete with them. As far as price, our monthly cost is half of theirs. However, their cost per Mbps is much much less. Most customers in our area get between 25-100Mbps. We still get a lot of people switching because they don't need that
