When ARIN is validating IP utilization, are network and broadcast addresses
considered utilized?
For example, if I use a /30 block for a single customer:
- Network: n.n.n.0
- Router: n.n.n.1
- Customer: n.n.n.2
- Broadcast: n.n.n.3
Is that considered 100% utilization or 50%
I believe so.
I consider it 100% utilized & haven't had a problem with arin
