seemed to fit our fancy.
It was windstream and ATT ACC.
Windstream had a nice formula for calculating how much credit or refund
for allotted down time would be.
ATT had good explanations of response times and on site
I had one customer puzzled by the concept that we did “maintenance” on
mailservers. You mean like changing the oil? Do you do it every year at the
