It's in Hobbs, NM..we have requested numbers...we are doing the tower monkey stuff installing antennas, cabling, radios, lightning protection and alignment. The guys there thought electrical contractor who is in charge of erecting towers price is high...even with crane it seems high. Jaime

I think you want to separate the alerting and camera functionality. Have the camera output a H.264 RTSP stream to some sort of video monitoring system (Zoneminder, etc) which can do alerts. Don't rely on built in camera SMTP functionality to alert on anything. For a camera, check out the Reolink
