Your best bet is probably going to be to try getting a quantity discount from Baicells... I'm not sure if they're doing that or not, but if you have that many ready to go, it's worth a shot. Last I checked, there didn't seem to be a lot of options for 3.65ghz LTE cpe with decent antenna gain...

The only thing I have to say about that is if you intend on using the Baicell's proprietary method of L2 to the customer (VXLAN from the CPE to the eNB is what 'may' happen (soonTM)) you may not be able to do it, if that matters to you. It won't break the LTE standard from what it sounds like
