Thank you for your reply.

Wouldn’t that apply if you were the one selling to the end user? Likewise, if I 
export product to the US, it would be the importer who would have to have 
trading permits, import licences etc.

Do you know if we need any special FCC permit to sell SIP services to a US 
based ISP?

We are based in Malta in the EU.
