I have a newly deployed ibm g8124 switch and all of the ports auto default to auto negotiation if the port flaps, I have several 1G copper sfp, and several 10G DAC/SFP that always work flawlessly but i have one single 1G sfp that won't come up unless I manually disable auto negotiation then it
