To anyone else who has had issues contacting Exalt Communications support ( supp...@exaltcom.com seems to have had issues for some time), I was using an alternate e-mail address at a support subcontractor that has worked well: exaltsupp...@starmicrowave.com .
If you need earlier radio firmware, I have an archive too. (Also if anyone wants to buy a large number of their 5ghz EX-5R-C GigE or RC5000 outdoor connectorized radios let me know...)
