OTOH. you can install Tomato firmware on them.

Can anybody give me an idea of reasonable dark fiber pricing per strand mile?
I’m trying to figure out if the rates Vermont asks for state-owned fiber are
reasonable, see the attached.

Anybody else seeing this? Very recently—over the last several days to a week,
WiFi calling has gotten flaky, and now just won’t connect. Absolutely no
network changes, appears to be both AT and VZW.

A few years ago, when the electrical utility trashed the 900 spectrum with
“smart” meters, I did a forklift upgrade of a bunch of 900 PtMP with some old
Wavion beamforming sectors talking to ubnt clients in 2.4. I was surprised that
I got just about the same coverage that I had with 900
beamformer.

Is there any way to find out how many PALs there are at a given location,
without actually putting a radio in the air (and does the radio interface
actually tell you that)?
Hard to know if it makes sense to jump in without a PAL or two.

Thought I’d pick up this thread again because I’m looking hard at CBRS LTE for
my densely forested town, largely because of its alleged foliage penetration.
What’s anybody understand the EIRP limit for a 20Mhz channel to be now in CBRS
3.65? Can I assume that modeling RSSI in a tool like
that the pilot signal goes out
at like 75dBm just at the center frequency of the channel, and reporting that
the system is capable of full mod at a real -70dBm EIRP?
Having trouble finding those MCS tables for…Airspan? Baicells?
