Great! Should you be the primary contact person(s), is there anyone else? For the Asia-Pacific, we are having a number of affiliates submitting short pre-recorded videos of 2 minutes or so, you might want to do the same from African affiliates. They can also be in different languages of course,

Hi Richard, We are looking at January 23 or 24 but there is enough consensus around both dates so getting one shouldn't be a problem for us. Here is the link to the page I have started: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wiki_20_Countdown/Africa. Which would be worked on a lot in the coming days.
