Wikipedia community is the community of contributors to Wikipedia.[1]
When someone says "The Wikipedia community will decide", I tend to
interpret this as a decision by group of Wikipedians since a single person
cannot refer to himself/herself

Good catch, Isla. All of the versions we released have the appropriate
licensing (YouTube, Commons, etc.), but you're right that Mark Angel's
upload has a different license.
