I would build it, and train it to write code that performs financial stuff to
help us both with a source of income for sustaining my life and for it to
develop itself further. I'd keep it under wraps for a few years, and
anonymously announce it in full to the world. Source code, docs, and all.
Suppose you had an idea that may greatly accelerate progress toward an AGI.
What would you do with it? Publish it for everyone to see? Try to build it
yourself? Make companies bid for it? Suppress it until you are sure it is
safe?

cross-categorical note book. I would like to start with something simple,
