Basically,
the more hardcoded knowledge you include in an AI, of AGI, the lower
the overall intelligence it will have, but that faster you will reach

this mean you'd end up "hand-coding" a lot of logic rules? I don't really follow how this could achieve generic AI. Am I missing something?
