Apparently I never pended the Mother May I Proposal because I failed at paying the fee. Notably this does not affect the proposal's distribution (Aris just distributed it when it was not pending, breaking a rule). I can still flip its pending switch to TRUE, causing it to be a sponsored proposal, which makes me eligible for rewards. I hereby pend the proposal 'Nicer Definitions' by paying 1 pendant.
