I also CoE the Cartographor's report because the "OWNERSHIP" section of
this part of the report does not list my name or identify my owned lands
(which are accurately described in the changes in land type section of the
report).

I also CoE the most recent Cartographor’s Map of Arcadia. The report did not
have a current location for nichdel. Nichdel is located at (1, 1) per the
message at the below URL. (The staking of land claim on nichdel’s behalf was
INEFFECTIVE, but the movements were effective I think.)
