Just checked the unofficial OFF mail archive. The message got eaten on its way to me, and maybe some other people, but definitely went to, which is super scary. I CFJ "Proposal 1905 has been resolved." Arguments: Per CFJ 1905, non-receipt of a message by those who have arraigned to receive
