While my other three CFJs are in a confusion loop, here's a judgement
for 3670. I modified it to include a reference to 3667, which I thought
was relevant.

I resign the Office of Prime Minister.
I resign the Office of Referee.
So the result of this is:
- Several Champion awards are owed (500 for D. Margaux).
- As the last winner, D. Margaux is Laureled (as per after-action
report).
- D. Margaux successfully deputized for the PM to become Speaker
(and also PM via deputization. So e is both Speaker
I judge 3681 DISMISS.
Arguments: This is for the sole purpose of preventing D. Margaux
from using Certiorari to grab this judgement after 1-Nov (I might
not finish the judgement before then). I'll file a motion and
reconsider and assign an actual judgement within the time limit for
doing so.
D. Margaux is both Arbitor and Referee, thus Overpowered.
I intend to Demand Resignation from em.
(If need be, I'll do Arbitor).

I issue a cabinet order of
Ah, you're right. I used this in a different way last year and thought
we fixed that definition.
I favor this CFJ.
