I judge CFJ 3622 FALSE. This seems to be on par with referring to a weekly report that doesn't get published one week. Even if the rule is interpreted such that a given week's designation can be performed after the end of that week, there still /was/ no such designation at the time this CFJ was called (I scanned the a-b archive from Jan 21 onward and didn't find "silly" until Feb 7 which explicitly referred to the upcoming week instead).
