I transfer 76 coins to Kenyon. I act on behalf of Kenyon to pay 76 coins to 
Agora for the land unit at (+6, +3) to be transferred to Kenyon. I act on 
behalf of Kenyon to pay 76 coins to Agora for the land unit at (+6, -3) to be 
transferred to Kenyon. I act on behalf of Kenyon to transfer all eir liquid 
assets to myself.
