You can always re-call the same statement or similar. The Judge could say
"CFJ 3580 was decided wrongly, and this is the new decision." However,
Consider that the CFJ ruling is made on the basis of the rules. In some
sense, it's the game thinking about itself. There's a pretty strong
historical basis for Agorans believing in a platonic reality, so the ruling
codifies that. However, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's actually
true, just

out of our heads of course, but the bits and pixels and whatnot mean
nothing until we come around and give it that meaning of being "Agora", but
that's further off the main point I want to make that Agora does not exist
