No e is not; Murphy's attempt to cause the election to start and
subsequently end failed due to my being an eligible candidate. There is

Not my attempt; I haven't been nor deputised for IADoP in some time.

I'll try to remember.  Proposals haven't been failing quorum very often
in recent months.
