By the way, this win had a clever bit... it wasn't just semi-apathetic voting. Aranea noticed (after voting periods ended) that the vote leader in the PM election had voted AGAINST the win. The PM has a voting strength of 2 on proposals. If the PM election had been resolved before proposal, the proposal wouldn't have passed. Aranea quietly took control of the IADoP to make sure this didn't happen. -G.

The only possible rationale I could think of is that the rules specifying how to win the game thereby make it impossible to win the game through any other mechanism, as a standard principle of legal interpretation. But I didn't want to go to the effort of writing up the CFJ and figured someone else would. Sean
