Oh, gotcha I can see the ambiguity there - I meant assignments that were made since Nov 1.... I only used a cutoff date because sometimes an ancient case turns up that's still open and didn't want that accidentally assigned to me. I meant to clear the full caseload (and resign and re-propose the fix) while waiting for the election to end - thought we were waiting for an assessor to do that, forgot that anyone could end an uncontested election...
