The history of R2517 ("Conditionals and Extricability" indicates it
was repealed in July 2018, and doesn't say anything about it being
enacted again after. Was that a mistake? (Of course it's there now
because we ratified an SLR earlier this year.)

Also, maybe related to the "Dollar Auction" thread: I think the
proposal that enacted R2517 is at [0], and that proposal introduces a
lot of other references to extricability which are now gone. Does
R2517 actually do anything now, besides saying we SHOULD NOT use
inextricable conditionals?
