I think that could be violating the spirit of Rule 1769

Rule 1769/15 (Power=3)
Holidays

The period each year from midnight GMT on the morning of 24
December to the beginning of the first Agoran week to begin after
  2 January is a Holiday.

The week that contains the beginning of Agora's Birthday,
together with the following week, is a Holiday.

If a person breaks a Rule by missing a deadline that occurs during
a Holiday, punishment is generally not appropriate.

There's no need; the report was last published 06 April and, as IADoP, I
intend to publish it 01 May.

There's half a need, because I've utterly lost track of who's in which
 office.

FWIW, maybe we should up the frequency of the IADoP by proposal. Or
maybe require an IADoP's report whenever resolving an election, in
addition to the monthly reports. Intending to deputise for IADoP is, I
suppose, one rather sneaky way to find out who the IADoP actually is...

Well, actually there is a currently ongoing proposal to step up the IADoP's
report to weekly.
