You just solved my problem o!! I had a line: mail("ke...@u.washington.edu", $subject, $CFJ_text, $headers); but the problem was that, $headers was being stored as an array, not a string, so it just dropped with an invisible warning (I was following Example 4 on that manual page and left

Another note: It used to be that you had to officially "change" your vote (R683), or retract first, or later ballots didn't count. I'm not sure there's a precedent that just saying "I vote..." works if you've already cast a vote, although in this case maybe the parenthetical gives enough
