But when a particular type of report is causing persistent errors you need to look at your UI to see if it's a little too confusing. :) I've noticed a lot of comments/questions on proposal status, maybe it's confirmation bias or the high traffic, but this goes back to Alexis's concerns in CFJ 3792. In general, if the text is changed, I’d strongly prefer to have the full
proposal reposted. That’s less important if it’s just one of the properties
that’s getting changed like this, though it’s still nice because it
increases the chances I’ll notice.
So I guess the rule of thumb is that a full resubmission is preferred in
general, except when the changes are made in response to a draft like your
chamber switchings were, and strongly requested for text changes regardless
of the circumstances.

[This clarifies that this actually causes the person to win the
election, which could be construed as a distinct action from "declaring
em the winner". The replaced text differs from the one in the most
recent SLR because Falsifian cleaned the text by replacing "them" with
"em" since then.]
Amend Rule 2154 ("Election Procedure") by replacing the text "In a
timely fashion after the nomination period ends, the ADoP CAN and SHALL"
with the text "After the nomination period ends, the ADoP CAN and, in a
