Idea that I might be up for doing: an unofficial "officer" that makes a
"report" every month with a summary of the current rules state, and
major changes since the last one. Basically a lower-effort, unofficial
version of Rulekeepor.

Is there a summary of the rules? I'm trying to read the whole SLR but it's
about as concise as the US tax code.
