When we last had shambling entities we had a rule that any punishments 
for crimes transferred to the master.  Worth doing.

Oh, dang it, forgot to hand incense out to existing players. Without
objection, I'm going to make it non-zombie players only, because
zombies don't really have any blots to worry about and I don't want
the people who have zombies to feel like they can get away with
murder.
