That always struck me as *slightly* too powerful. But my next set of "simplification" ideas involves giving the officers as a group much more discretion (or power) over their realm of influence, so maybe that's cool. -G.

Good point. I was thinking of aiming for Wednesdays, but can push that forward; in any case I didn't mean last week's to be so near the end of the week.

Well, I'm not sure delaying proposals is the same as metering them. I guess it's interesting that it depends on the Promotor, in that as Ørjan noted, distributing on Mondays would work virtually the same as the old way, while distributing on Sundays would increase latency by a week, but if you continue to do the latter, I'm not a big fan of waiting 3 weeks for many proposals to be adopted.
