OFF: [Assessor] Gamestate convergence on Proposals 7899, 7905, 7907
So - Alexis just found by CFJ that Conditional Votes are completely broken.
I dunno if it will hold up to scrutiny (I'm waiting for other opinions
before deciding whether to call for reconsideration). But I want to
converge the gamestate rather than waiting for results self-ratification.
So I'm re-announcing the Decision Resolutions from the last distribution
that had conditional votes. No results were changed, only some tallies.
I think the only thing affected in practical terms is whether my recent
Assessor's report (and Shiny reward) were valid.
All results prior to this distribution have self-ratified, other than
the ongoing Assessor's election (which has at least a few messy
conditionals).
If I have not done so already, I resolve the decision(s) to adopt the
proposals, as below. Two voter tallies (number of voters for quorum) are
listed - one for conditional results resolving to PRESENT, one for
conditional results resolving to "no vote". (I report the one that turns
out to be the platonically correct tally).
[This notice resolves the Agoran decisions of whether to adopt the
following proposals. For each decision, the options available to
Agora are ADOPTED (*), REJECTED (x), and FAILED QUORUM (!).]

[Easiest way to fix the Arbitor's pay, but not just a make-work
report - in the past, regular Arbitor reports have been useful to
keep players informed about the state of judgements and the courts,
which promotes more ongoing clarity in the game state].
