I publish the following Weekly Registrar's Report as a revision in response
to recent CoEs (no information has changed between the previous report and
this one, so it works for either publication date).

I deputize for the Registrar to publish the following Monthly Report
(was not published in July I believe so over 14 days
[Also overdue, and the lateness may lead to some collision with with the
change from coins to points if it happens].
I initiate a zombie auction, for a single lot consisting of a single item
(the zombie Telnaior). Agora is the Auctioneer, and the Registrar is the
