PMAY is the only option provided it is his first home and his wife if
married and carpet area of that house is below 90 SQM. i don't think
there is any concession and there is RBI circular not to deny loan to
us based on our disability. moreover, people who has eligibility of
getting 50 lakhs loan cannot get any additional concession as
concessions are ment for  poor who can't afford basic home i suppose.

i too tried kindle in IOS. we can read english and even hindi books.
tamil books is the only problem. i'm able to copy one page at a time,
copy and paste to my pc using email mode and read which is a tedius
