Hello Everyone, A group of us at Microsoft Research India have been focusing on improving accessibility of ATM machines and as a process are trying to find out through an anonymous survey about the ATM / Debit or Credit Card usage. We have come across incidents where debit/credit cards have been denied by banks or the ATM machines just don't seem to work (well enough).
It'd be great to hear from all of you in the group.
