it is NHFDC providing concession, not a bank. NHFDC is specially framed to 
provide financial assistance for housing development projects. he may 
contact to NHFDC and NHFDC will land him through its nodal bank. NHB, NHFDC, 
HUDCO provide finance through their nodal banks.

I heard NHFDC provide loan on consessional rates. and to my view, a
person shouldn't be denied of any consessional rate facility simply on
the ground that he has the eligibility to claim RS. 50 lakh loan!

or organization which provides loan facility on concessional rates to
visually impaired person? If yes kindly let me know the name of the
agency. The amount sought on lone is approximately 50 lakh rupees.

married and carpet area of that house is below 90 SQM. i don't think
there is any concession and there is RBI circular not to deny loan to
us based on our disability. moreover, people who has eligibility of
getting 50 lakhs loan cannot get any additional concession as
