I could also use Sonar's Radius 2 but I'm not so familiar with adjusting that specific plugin. There is a checkbox for tempo unchanged, check this for whatever you need, say decrease by one octave, the sound is bound to be degraded slightly because you are altering it's nature but the bird sound ought to be acceptable. It's in the effects menu and is very customizeable.
