Hafve you tried installing it as administrator? I am still using windows 7
so don't know if they have done away with that in later versions. In Windows
7 on the install file hit the applications key and arrow down to the item

instalation attempt?
Does your user account have the ability to gain aeleated/admin privileges?

get a message that says it cannot create the directory and that access is
denied! How do I defeat this as I do need to have this on my machine!
