I don't have the exact URL, but if you look in the blind-hams archives
on groups.io there is a thread which talks about and they give an
email address where you can write for details. Its not on any
website, this person just produces small quantities of them.

Was talking to someone several days ago who mentioned a new talking Multi
Meter, this unit is made in Russia apparently.
I’ve not been able to get further information other than what I’ve just written
so perhaps someone else may know exactly what I’m talking about here.
