When opening a text file (e.g. *.csv) from the console using oocalc, OpenOffice
switches away from the current desktop to open the text import dialog box. The
document is opened but has to be manually moved to the desktop where oocalc was
originally called.

To reproduce:
1) Open Openoffice.
2) Switch desktops
3) Open a text file with oocalc in the console

Outcome:
Desktop is switched to the one where OpenOffice was opened and text dialog box
is opened

Expected outcome:
Text dialog box and the file opens in the desktop where the oocalc command was
executed.
