handler is always connected to the parallel port. how
can aconnect influence its behavior, and why am i not
getting any receive bytes? ideas?

Hi everyone-
Just a note to say I have successfully integrated
MesaGL support into my realtime FX looping software
(aka 'Techno Primitives'). A project page is coming
soon. Currently supported is:
-Full duplex low-latency I/O using JACK
-Multiple channel simultaneous record and playback of
arbit

developing my looping application, i noticed a couple
of things:
1) adding a thread to a jack application while it is
active causes a big (~15ms) xrun.
2) pressing numlock, capslock, or scrollock causes a
big (~9ms) xrun.
this is running 2.4.18-pre6 with LL patch and alsa
0.9.0beta10
