Yes that is my last response the alsa developers ML. I did not expect a response from that post..
The message was to the ardour-dev ML which has been silent to any query of mine for nearly 2 weeks.. To clarify alsa-dev has been pretty good.. However my problems and queries to this list have been minimal. I have received help from people on this list.. I CC'd in to the alsa list to show what has been occuring BUT.. when it comes to queries responding the ardour software.. it seem I can't illicit a response....especially after I expressed that Steinberg developing versions of commercial software for Linux could actually be a positive thing APOLOGIES to anyone on the alsa developers ML who feel this was directed at them .
