- make snd_kcontrol_new_t arrays in sb_mixer.c arrays of *pointers*
to snd_kcontrol_new_t in order to have way more flexibility in
implementing "close but not quite" matches in SB-like mixer interfaces
(assembling new clone card SB mixers from *preexisting* controls)
- added 3D sound

This patch changes the way the DAC volume are set on DSP SCB tasks. I
would like to know
if maybe this fixes the "bass" problem that some users have experienced
with the cs46xx driver.
Still some more attempts to have AC3 through IEC958, but no success yet ...

My latest Yamaha YMF753 patch for alsa-driver-0.9.0rc5 is available at

Module parameters are no longer used.
RC5 has fixed the annoying delay where the first bit of audio would not play via
