1. I could that ALSA make software resampling (44.1 to 48 kHz) when
sound playing through SBLive and do not resampling if using hda_intel.
How asoundrc must be configured in this case?

apt-get remove --purge pulseaudio
rebooted. (just to be sure, didn't seem to change anything.)
