Thanks for your clarification, I think 1080p and 720p are resolution,
corresponding to HD, SD video, or 4.5Mbit/s, 2.5 Mbit/s bit rate if you are
using H.264 encoding scheme.
Have you considered to use VP8 encoding scheme?
